An initiative of the Municipality of Pollica, in collaboration with Pro Loco and the Viculi e Viculieddi Association, which for years has celebrated the solstice as the beginning of a new life. Since 2015, on the summer and winter solstices, the Pollicese community pays homage to a natural recurrence particularly important for past local generations and ancient civilizations, with the idea of honoring the longest night of the year and the lesser-known landscape beauties of the village.
