The festival takes place in Stio every year from 17 to 23 August. The association’s commitment to promoting the territory, especially through the recovery and enhancement of culinary traditions, is driven by the belief that the economic and social development of our area mainly passes through the recovery of quality agricultural and pastoral productions, and that food today is not only a means to satisfy a physiological need, but also and above all has social value, as a capacity for relationship and encounter, and then for disease prevention.
