S. MANGO CILENTO
Born in 2010 to offer San Mango a summer festival. You can taste: pasta and beans, cavatielli, roast capicollo and sausage with potatoes, sfriuonzolo (pork meat fried with pickled peppers), and typical sweets with jam and glaze, baked in a wood oven. The meal is accompanied by typical San Mango bread, baked on the spot (the “scamoscia”).
