The festival was born from an intuition by the President of the Giambattista Vico Foundation, Prof. Vincenzo Pepe. It is organized by the Vatolla Onion Association and the Municipality of Perdifumo. To enhance this typical product with unique characteristics, a rich menu entirely based on onions is offered.
